PRICING

To double check the on line claims for a property, a site visit is carried out, normally over one day. The price to carry this out is a flat fee of 250 euros, payable in advance, which includes a one page report and images where appropriate. This is provided within 24 hours of an instruction to proceed. If we are asked to check several properties in the same area (max three), then the fee remains the same as long as all sites can be covered in a day. 

 

Access to a property may occasionally be denied, in which case a thorough assessment of the locality will still be carried out. Claims made on line such as distance to the beach, local shops and restaurants can still be double checked.
