Double checking the online claims of its quality, location and surroundings is not rocket science. But it helps to have local knowledge and a local presence.

2) 24 HOUR ASSESSMENT

Once instructed, we can generally provide an assessment within 24 hours, allowing you to then confirm a rental booking or a site visit with confidence. Or start looking for something else.

3) SPEEDY OVERVIEW

Alternatively, you may have a shortlist of up to three villas, all of which look great and it’s hard to choose between them. We can also help with a speedy overview, after an on-site check to help make a final decision.
