Martin Winch, Director and Founder is an architect who has also worked as a project manager, developer and real estate marketing specialist. He now lives in Tavira, East Algarve, and has been informally helping family and friends find their perfect holiday villa or to buy their next home in the sun. Encouraged to put this service on a more formal footing has led to the formation of Eyes on the Ground.

Nicky provides another pair of eyes when needed, particularly when it comes to using her renowned attention to detail. From always double checking on-line claims concerning the quality of bed linen if a rental villa, through to the range and quality of all kitchen equipment provided. She helps to ensure the little things that matter do not get forgotten.
